There is no additional charge for cleaning out the rooms at the end of your stay
For children staying in the same apartment as two fully paying grown-ups:
30% discount for children aged 3-11 – 15% discount for children above the age of 11

Single room: surcharge of EUR 6,00. For a single person staying in a double room: surcharge of 70%.
Parking space: EUR 3,00
Cancellation fee: 40-14 days before arrival: We charge you for three days. Less than 14 days before arrival: We charge you 50% of the price of your original booking.
Arrival: rooms will be ready starting at 2pm.
