• Overnight stay with bed & breakfast/ Low season= 30,00 € per person

Bed and Breakfast may be pre-ordered by our guests. (+ 9,00 €) . We offer a breakfast buffet with sweet delicacies including various cereals and fresh buns. The perfect start for an adventurous day in Ahrntal South Tyrol.

Half board: There is furthermore the option of ordering half board with the vacation rental. In addition to enjoying our breakfast buffet, guests with half board may dine à la carte at Restaurant Almdiele for a daily allowance of EUR 25,00 € Restaurant Almdiele is situated approximately 300m from Oberstock and serves traditional Tyrolean and international cuisine.

• There is no additional charge for cleaning out the rooms at the end of your stay
• For children staying in the same apartment as two fully paying grown-ups:
  30% discount for children aged 3-11 – 15% discount for children above the age of 11
• Single room: surcharge of EUR 6,00. For a single person staying in a double room: surcharge of 70%.
• Parking space: EUR 3,00
• Cancellation fee: 40-14 days before arrival: We charge you for three days. Less than 14 days before arrival: We charge you 50% of the price of your original booking.
• Arrival: rooms will be ready starting at 2pm.
